As a freelance musician I'd virtually ruled out the possibility of buying a property in London, however David calmly talked me through the options available. He offered excellent advice and support throughout the whole process, from putting in an offer to picking up the keys. Despite being very professional he has an informal, personable manner which makes you feel valued as a customer, this is refreshing, as too often during the house buying process you're made to feel like a walking credit card!  We moved into our new flat a couple of months ago, without David's help and advice I feel the whole experience of buying a property would have been considerably more difficult and stressful.
